This product complies with national standards GB1094, GB/T6451, and GB20052. Series S13IS20/S22 are three-phase oil-immersed power distribution transformers. The core is made of 20QG75 type silicon steel sheets, and the oil tank is a fully sealed corrugated type oil tank, which avoids the aging of insulation materials, improves product performance, and also enhances social benefits. ◆For the low-voltage windings of oil-immersed transformers, except for those with small capacity which use copper wires, the majority use cylindrical structures wound with copper foil. The high-voltage windings adopt multi-layer cylindrical structures to ensure balanced ampere-turn distribution, low leakage flux, high mechanical strength, and strong anti-short-circuit capability.
◆Each component of the core and the winding has its own fixation measures. The high-voltage terminals, high-voltage leads, etc., all have self-locking anti-loosening nuts and adopt a non-slip structure, which can withstand the vibrations during transportation.
◆The coils and the core are dried in a vacuum environment. The transformer oil is processed through vacuum filtration and injection, minimizing the moisture inside the transformer.
The fuel tank is equipped with corrugated sheets, which have a ventilation function to compensate for the volume changes of the fuel caused by temperature variations.
◆ Since the corrugated sheet has replaced the oil reservoir, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world. This effectively prevents the entry of oxygen and moisture, which would otherwise cause a decline in insulation performance.

This product is a fully oil-filled and sealed transformer, with the same principle as the sealed power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, and cobalt. The product is composed of silicon, boron, carbon, etc. It is a homogeneous soft magnetic material with low magnetization power, extremely thin thickness, only 0.027mm, and a corresponding reduced filling coefficient, only 0.75-0.8. The resistivity is high, 3-6 times that of silicon steel sheets, and the hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel sheets. The non-crystalline alloy material is used to make the core, and it is installed in a suspended manner. The product performance reaches the first-level energy efficiency standard. This product is an energy-saving distribution transformer.
The short-circuit resistance is stable; it is not coated with varnish, the process is simple, and the insulation is reliable; it solves the technical performance problem of non-ferrous cores being subject to intense magnetic attraction and generating debris; the silicon steel framework itself is part of the main magnetic circuit of the transformer. During the operation of the transformer, it shares part of the main magnetic flux, so the overall structure has good economic efficiency.
