The total investment is approximately 4.9 billion yuan, and it will be constructed in three phases. The land for the first phase project is approximately 108 acres, with an investment of about 1.24 billion yuan; the land for the second phase project is approximately 150 acres, with an investment of about 1.63 billion yuan; and the land for the third phase project is approximately 118 acres, with an investment of about 2 billion yuan.

The company is responsible for the development and industrialization of related products.
